We have worked long and hard on calculating refunds. In the app, you will always see the current estimated refund amount. You can assume that this is correct. If something is wrong, you can contact us at any time. We are happy to help!

Steuerbot transmits your data via the ELSTER interface

We only transmit your data via the interface officially provided by the tax authorities. Steuerbot is ELSTER-compliant! Here you can read about what ELSTER actually is. We transmit your data to the tax office via the official ELSTER interface, in accordance with the Tax Data Transmission Ordinance (StDÜV).

Steuerbot transmits your data in encrypted form

Your data is safe with us! You are the only one who can access the data in your account. If you contact us with a problem, we can open your details with your consent in order to help you further. Otherwise, no one else will see them.

The data is transmitted to the tax office using the latest encryption technology and only with your consent. If you want to delete your account, you can do so at any time in the app.
